Bartholomew Kway
Bartholomew Kway is a Partner at BK Associates and has previously worked at Action Aid Tanzania a Non Profit Making, Non Governmental Organisation as Head of Finance.
Bartholomew has wealth of experience in management, financial accounting, audit and reporting obtained through working with various entities such as Manufacturing, trading, telecommunication, service organisations and International NGO. Some of the companies he has worked with include: Mining, Agriculture and Construction Services Ltd and Dovetel (T) Ltd where he worked as Financial Controller. Prior to that he worked as an Audit Manager with PKF Tanzania, where he joined from Deloitte and Touche
He holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Dar Es Salaam. He is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (FCPA). He also holds Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the Open University of Tanzania and Advanced Diploma from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM). He is a Fellow member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors of Tanzania (NBAA). Bartholomew is also a Professional Coach graduated from International Coach Federation (ICF), Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP).
